Salary: NJC Scale Point 32-34 £29,055 – £30,756 pro rata per annum (depending on experience)

JUNO Women’s Aid has just marked 40 years of supporting women and children experiencing domestic violence and abuse. Every year we support thousands of women, teenagers and children living with, escaping from or rebuilding their lives after domestic violence and abuse. Our wide range of specialist services are available across Nottingham city and South Nottinghamshire to enable and empower survivors to live their lives free from violence and abuse. We have a highly skilled workforce and committed team of volunteers, including volunteers providing pet foster care, who are passionate about the work we do to make the lives of women, teenagers, children and pets safer. Most of our services are commissioned and we have a 100% track record in competitive tendering. We are now seeking to diversify our income streams.
Who are we looking for:
Having grown substantially over a number of years this well established and respected organisation is looking for a self-motivated and experienced Fundraising Manager to lead us into our next phase. The Fundraising Manger will work with our CEO and Heads of Service to lead on income generation for the organisation, including setting and managing the fundraising income and expenditure budget, reviewing performance and researching and bringing on new fundraising campaigns and activities to grow income. The post holder will help us diversify our income streams.
This is an exciting opportunity to help develop this area of work and contribute to the sustainability of local specialist domestic violence and abuse services. We are looking for someone who will be responsible for leadership in this area and at the same time roll their sleeves up and do. You will be joining a dynamic and diverse organisation with great partnerships and local reputation and a growing national profile.
